The marketplace
Youth Guest Spots is a marketplace connecting families with coaches, clubs, and tour operators posting guest spots, tryouts, tournaments, tours, and related listings. We facilitate introductions; we are not a party to any arrangement made between a family and a coach or operator, and we don't guarantee the accuracy of listing content.
Verification
"YGS Verified" indicates a coach has submitted a current SafeSport certificate and passed a background check through our processor, Checkr, at the time of verification. It is not an ongoing guarantee of conduct, and families should exercise their own judgment before agreeing to any guest spot, tour, or tryout.
Payments
Coach verification and featured-listing fees are processed securely through Stripe and are non-refundable once a background check has been initiated. Any costs associated with a specific listing (tournament fees, travel costs, tour packages) are agreed directly between the family and the coach or operator.
Conduct
Listings and player profiles must be accurate. We may remove any listing or account that violates these terms, misrepresents verification status, or otherwise misuses the platform.
