What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create an account, build a player profile, or post a listing — including name, email, phone number, and, for players, birth year and playing history. Coaches uploading verification documents provide SafeSport certificates and background-check information via our processor, Checkr.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching families with listings, verifying coaches, processing payments, and sending you relevant updates. Player contact details are never shown to a coach until you accept an application — coaches only ever see display name, birth year, positions, and skill level before that point.
Who we share it with
We share data with the service providers that power the platform — Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Checkr (background checks), Resend (transactional email), Loops (lifecycle email), and HubSpot (CRM records). We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can update or delete your player profiles at any time from your dashboard, and unsubscribe from marketing email with one click. To request full account deletion, email us at privacy@youthguestspots.com.
